WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

Client: LaTroya Berry

Event Date: October 25, 2025

Event Location: Omni Hotel, Oklahoma City

Service Duration: 5 hours

Total Cost: $1,800

Deposit: $540 (30% non-refundable to hold the date)

1. Services Provided

Elevated Focus agrees to provide photography and videography services for the Client’s wedding, capturing the following:

• Getting Ready

• Ceremony

• Reception

2. Payment Terms

• A 30% deposit ($540) is required at the time of signing this Agreement to secure the date.

• The remaining balance of $1,260 is due no later than October 25th, 2025.

• Payments can be made via Cash,ApplePay, PayPal, Zelle and Cashapp in order of prefrence.

3. Deliverables

• A sneak peek of wedding photos and video will be delivered within 48 hours after the event.

• The final edited images and video will be delivered within 6 to 7 weeks from the wedding date.

• Final deliverables will be provided via online gallery or usb drive upon request.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• The deposit is non-refundable.

• If the Client cancels within 30 to 89 days before the event, 50% of the total package price ($900) is due.

• If the Client cancels within more than 90 days before the event, no further payment is required

• If Elevated Focus is unable to fulfill the contract due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made.

5. Rights & Usage

• Elevated Focus retains the copyright to all images and videos but grants the Client personal use rights.

• Elevated Focus may use selected images/videos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Miscellaneous

• The Client agrees to provide a schedule of events and any specific requests at least 2 weeks before the wedding.

• Elevated Focus is not responsible for missed shots due to interference from guests, weather, or venue restrictions.
